Why hasn't anyone 5 boxed LK yet?

One character can solo down to 13% but we can't 5 box him? I know they are avoiding the valk mechanic but she doesnt have near the dps that 5 people can bring.

Howster and me had a go at him last month. But that was with pvp gear and without having a clue about tactics. Most of the other bosses in ICC are easy now but the LK still require some tactics. Should be much easier now with the dk-buffs.

that would be 5 boxing it x2 ;) so 10 boxing but then agean poor duilds :D it feel like his on own anyway ;)

What was the nerf to smite spec? I'm looking at the patch notes and it's eluding me. I haven't been on my priest since 4.1 launched.

One word: OMFG DEFILE

Not sure how you would manage Defile with multiple toons, unless you had them all standing on top of each other and manage defile placement that way? I'm quessing that would be the only tricky bit in the fight with an 85 team.

Defile only spreads when you take damage, absorbs don't count therefore if your whole raid is shielded avoiding defile in theory should be easy also considering that shields are far far stronger now than they were back in the day. I progressed this fight in wotlk and the things that i can see being problematic are shadow traps and dispel management in phase 1.

shadow traps are only on hc version, I doubt the OP intended to box hard mode before regular one :)
