how have you all been leveling up

just downloading rift now (only played for short time in beta1) is there a interact with target to accept quests to level up or do we have to do it all manully ect, and what is the quickest way to level

there is no IWT but melee range is pretty big i think 5meters so melee isnt really that hard to get in position but u can use mouse repeater for questing. Ive found for lvling up if you are 5 boxxing is to do instances and some questing(no gathering quests) and for sure closing rifts.IM sitting at about 80p per character right now from closing rifts and instances its great money and xp.
