I want my windows to be launched in a order so my main is first like so A<B,C ,D,E.
I can do this one at time but when I do it in batch file it just launches them in no particular order. and I get confused switching to different alts.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Is there a way I can maybe use the new PIP in keyclone to do this?

in keyclone, after you have set up your commands... you can launch them with a single string that will bring them up in order.
in the command area on the front of keyclone's main screen... to the right of the 'connect' button
type this: (assuming you have 5 wows named appropriately)
wow1;wow2;wow3;wow4;wow5
the semicolons separate the commands, which will be triggered in the order you typed them
