Can't be done reliably as the party1focus isnt' broadcast in any form.

If you don't use focus, but either assist or /tar, you can use addon called PartyTarget.

I had this exact question and never found any solution. What I did was made a macro so each character would say who they are focus targeting and say it in /p. I think it was just [code:1]/p %f[/code:1]

I'm not at my gaming PC so i can't be certain but I think thats it. This way I knew who was targeting what.
