Ive just ordered my 2nd wow, because i want to try dualboxing.. ive read some of the guides here etc.

What im wondering is, since i already have a couple of alts and quite a few 70's, is it worth dualboxing and using a level 70 to boost the alt, or would that be a complete waste of time ?

i think its more fun to start out with 2 new chars.
that way you properly "learn" how to dual-box and get used to keybindings etc.
you also start with only a few spells/abilities which get more while leveling up instead of having lvl70 keybinding madness ;)

Up to you. The way I see it is that if you're new to multiboxing, you have to spend the time getting to know what macros and keyboard configurations work for you. You can spend that time while you level (while things are still simple) or you can spend that time at 70. I prefer to spend it while leveling so I'm just making minor tweaks once I hit 70.

Fun either way. :)

You'll feel 2 is not enough, then consider getting 3, then 4, and might as well get 5.

If you boost with a 70, you're better off inviting 3 more random people in your group. Group Bonus is that huge a difference.

2-Box with a lowbie and a 70 is a severe hit in xp gains without group bonus. Add 3 more, and you'll get more xp per kill.

Anyway, level 1-8 or even as high as 10 as 2 lowbies; then level 10+ you can boost and see your progress.
