well i just started to dual box, i bought keyclone and found that my laptop monitor is way to small to run 2 characters at the same time, i was wondering if it is possible for me to use a second computer (currently have it hooked up to synergy with my laptop) and have me control both characters at the same time as if I were using keyclone on one computer

Yes you can.
You need to have keyclone on each computer and connect them both to broadcast the key stork from one computer to the other.

Yes you need 2 licenses, one for each computer.
To set up your keyclone, check this thread:
Beginners Guide 2 Dual-Boxing (3,4,5 boxing) ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=3339')

I am the only one using it and I am the only one that will be dual-boxing.

If you desktop pc is powerful enough to run two WoW's I would suggest unlicensing the laptop with Keyclone and licensing the desktop. He will do that for you.
