My first LvL 70 HK

Let me start off by saying, My name is Elektric and I've been an addict since I found this site :)

After a long night of questing and rep grinding (AD rep just cause it goes so fast with 3 nuking!) I was headed back to UC when I see "[3. World Defense] - Brill is under attack!" I figure its the end of the night and my 3Xlevel 53 shaman should see if they can get some action.

I play on Aman'Thul (PvE) so if the competition looked too rough I was just going to ride through. There standing on the hill below the blimp tower was a level "Skull" Night Elf Hunter "Tilo" his name written in bright yellow text. I decided WTH "Lets Do This!" figuring it was the end of the night and I could always log if it didnt go well. So I rode up to him in range, dropped my 3X Totems of Wrath, buffed elemental mastery, and started to cast Chain Lightning.

The huntard began to slowly backup, the noob didnt even side strafe, and I swear his face said he was half confused and half in disbelief. Well could you imagine all 3 CL's landed, my front man took a couple arrows to the dome but in the end we all survived and danced on that sad corpse. A level 65 Undead warrior rez'd shortly after and said "Did you kill him?." I smiled and cheered and asked, what level is he? Thats right folks, a level 70! This isnt any major victory or demonstration of skill but it was worth my $45 US a month and Damn it felt good! It felt even better when he waited to Rez until his PvP was off.

Armoried the poor guy, 4/5 welfare PvP epics...I would've thought he couldve melleed me to death 8|

Multi-boxing has made wow fun again! Thanks for the community sharing your experiences and knowledge, I've really enjoyed learning from all of you.

I know the feeling.

I have a guild with a lot of level 19 twinks (mostly gnome rogues -- we call ourselves <Rolling With My Gnomies>). Before TBC came out, we downed a Tier2 level 60 lock outside the WSG instance in Ashenvale. There was a lot of coordinated kicking involved to keep his casting to a minimum. 5 level 19 twink rogues and we took down the big, bad lock with 1 death. That was the most special PVP kill that I can remember. I even have the screenshot to this day.

In any case, we still have our twinks but have moved to mainly 70 Arena and world PVP.

As for me, I'm venturing into a new territory... multi-boxing :-).

That's cool man. My first was pretty hysterical too. I was trucking into BRD with my pally and 4xshaman and passed this flagged tauren warrior of the same level. I was just gonna let it be but the fool stopped and turned around. I thought, 'oh no you didn't' then turned and pathed through my shaman and stopped. He stood there. I hit the spread out and they flanked my pally, 2 on either side. The fool started to run! But it was too late, I smelled blood in the air. 4x EM then 4x Lightning bolt and he just flopped over dead in one hit (technically 4 i guess). It was so funny my wife even laughed and she doesn't play!

Anyhow, about 5 min later a full group of skull hordies rolled in and I dove the shaman into the instance and just stood outside with my paladin shrugging and being non-chalant. :)

Grats, it's always so fun killing your first hordie while boxing :D

On a side note, I went to make my first arena team last night only to find that there was about 15-20 horde camping the arena organizer fellow so I did my usual PoM Pyro and killed one hordie AoE'd another five down and proceeded to get owned lol :P

P.S during my leveling I found that most of the time the people that tried to gank me were hunters (Nothing against hunters :)

Oh man this thread brings back good memories. My first 70 was an Ally Lock in PVP gear running around Hellfire smashing questing 60's. He would fly in and drop on them to take them by surprise. I run 2 SL/SL locks with Felguards and had seen him do it to a few people, so I put my camera on my 2nd lock at a 45 degree back. I saw him diving in and quickly turned and dotted him up as he dropped out of the sky. I don't think he knew what was going on as I started the chain fear rotation. With 2 Felguards beating on him, Full Dots, chain fear and Life drain he was more than a little confused. I let him rez and mount his flyer, he hovered over me and sent lots of emotes my way. I just /lol'd with both and /shrug.

Unfortunately, he got a 70 pally buddy to come and waste over an hour corpse camping me. But I still think I won that day :)
