Hi all. I have recently spent ages fiddling with my ISboxer set up on my DKs and have gotten it pretty sweet with help from Uaala and Mogsz guides. My new computer arrives in a few days time and i will be migrating to playing on that. I really don't want to set it all up again and was wondering what is the easiest way to migrate the data.

Can i just copy my wow folder ISboxer and inner space folders onto a portable hard drive and drop it onto my new comp or will i need to export it somehow in a more difficult fashion?

You can do that, sure.

Your ISBoxer config is mostly stored in ISBoxerToolkitProfile.XML, which you can use File, Save As to save anywhere. Part of it is stored in ISBoxerToolkitGlobalSettings.XML, including file paths to the click bar button images -- these are automatically re-generated when you run the Quick Setup Wizard. With those files, you can just Export and you're good to go.

Things configured in game, like Repeater Regions, Video Feeds, etc are stored in separate XML files in the InnerSpace/Scripts folder, you can copy all of those as well.

If you do copy over the entire folder, don't copy InnerSpace.XML. Reason being it stores a unique name for your PC for LAN communications -- if you were to want to link the computers together in ISBoxer at some point, they wont link up if they have the same name, which they would from a direct copy.

That's pretty much all you need to know ;)
