Can't figure out how to get going

Recently came back to EQ2 and I have 2 accounts that i dual boxxed fine with. But now i can't seem to get it gong again. once i log in, the launcher says "playing" instead of play when i go to log into my second account. Any clue as to whats going on?

use everquest2.exe to login instead of launcher at least for the other account but i just use it for all unless i know there is a patch
