More than that. We had almost 500 when I logged on last although the armory didn't show that many. Not sure why? Alts that hadn't logged on in a bit?

The in-game screen says 500, which I think is capped for display purposes. Lotta level 1's, of course, but still quite a number. :P

I think i saw something about guilds being capped at 499 or 500, might have been the guild display ingame couldnt show more.. can always use the /guildinfo command to see how many ;)

Armory only counts level 10+. I haven't logged on to mine in a while if that can stop a character from counting too.

Edit: Just checked, only two of my six show up in the armory.

I read somewhere that characters below level 10 are not counted. So get your toons above that and then they should show on the roster.
