Is it anyway possible that my heal clicks via Clique on my tank's group frames (main box) would trigger corresponding heals on my shaman on my secondary laptop?

This is why the 1 healer 4x dps groups were quite popular a few months ago. You could put your healer in your "main" screen using clique or click2cast, and your dps /assist'ing the healer.
Having a tank/heals/dps means you're playing 3 roles instead of 2 - which complicates things. The blizzard UI/scripting forbids any action that was not initiated by the user, and the user, to Blizzard, is the inputs being sent directly to that computer/wow screen. You can't click on one screen and have an action occur on a different screen using any mod.
An alternate version could work like this:
/cast [target=party1target,help,nodead] Heal
If party1 (aka your party leader, i.e. your tank) is targeting a friendly target, then cast a heal on that friendly target.

Fixd. ;)
Honestly, just bind hard keys to heal each person in your party, its way easier then losing your target on your main IMO. Meh to each their own.

When else are you going to need heals? Fall damage?

Smartass. How bout the umpteenth time you fall from the EOTS starting spot. HMM!?!? ;)
Or right after you break combat, or right before, or world pvp where you go in and out of combat alot.
Anyways, thats off topic...
answer: No, not in combat can you do anything like that.

So there is no software to transfer mouse clicks to other box?

You can sync a wireless mouse to all 5 computers (or use similar functionality to transmit mouse movement/clicks via Synergy/Multibox), but unless they're all the same resolution you're gonna have problems.
And Suvega, stfu about the eots starting point. I normally make it onto that rocky thing, I just missed it by a hair.

Theoretically this should be possible in AHK *IF* you run the same group setup and keep your party frames in the same position. You will need to configure your AHK script to recognize mouse clicks and the screen area that was clicked and then trigger the appropriate macro on your healer.

You could also create an always-on-top window with a couple of buttons that sits next to your unit frames and routes the appropriate keystrokes. It looks like AHK comes with all of the functionality you'd need.
