View Full Version : Good mini keybords out there?

I just ordered a Fang Gamepad ('http://www.ideazon.com/us/products/fanggamepad.asp')from NewEgg and it's going to further crowd my already crowded desk (Xkeys Pro, Logitech G15, 2 mic). To help offset this I am (sadly) going to give up my G15 and would really like to find a nice mini keyboard (anything sans 10 key really) to fill it's place. The problem is I can't seem to find one that people aren't completely 'meh' about. Ideally it would be a standard 104 key keyboard but no arrow keys, 10 key, or INSERT, HOME, END, etc. keys. Backlit would be completely rockin'.

Anyone know of such a beast? yeah, I've googled quite a bit.

Thanks!

Thanks Dez and Zin. I read the Happy Hacking thing and was like 'OH yeah!' only prob is it's like $70?!?! zomg

Prior to coming back I actually did find one that looks alright on newegg. I was defeated by their tagging system. Silly me clicked on the 'wired' tag and it eliminated a very good keyboard that meets my req's. It's $10, figured I couldn't go wrong.

I also got one of those flexy usb led lights since I won't have the backlight anymore. :-(
