Still not entirely sure EXACTLY how this works until (if) I get one but I have been following these guys for a few years. They have a rather interesting concept computer design.... A bit limiting with only 3 monitors and all but I loosely based my setup on their R&D.
IMHO though, mine is much much better - but theirs is designed to be mass produced.
Anyway, could be a neat way to cast or activate CRITICAL spells or abilities when your hands are otherwise occupied with the mouse, keyboard, playing Xbox360, whatever. Could combine with footpedals to go all out if you were so inclined. :)

A control-module with a sensor-type movement tracking device and up to 9 buttons. It is fully placed in a person's mouth cavity and communicates with the head-set through a wire running from the mouth along the right cheek.
» A head-set. It receives signals from the control module and transfers them to the computer through Bluetooth.
» An extraction servo-device is attached to the head-set. On receiving a voice command from the user, the device places the control module in a position where the user can pick it up with his or her lips and attach it.
» ACCS Toolkit - Proprietary software for PC - including among other things drivers, an on-screen keyboard and proprietary text input software.
