Lightning Shield Macro + Keyclone rotations?

Hey, i'm pretty new to multiboxing, but recently started with my 4-shaman team.

I'm now lvl 12 and i'm wondering if it's possible to make a macro for Lightning Shield. What i want it to do, is basically only casting it if theres no Lightning Shield up already. Possible?

And could anyone explain me how to do spell rotations with keyclone or with a macro? =)

Lots of different questions in one thread, but oh well. Simple one for ya here; when can i solo RFC and WC with my 4 shamans? =)

Another thing that's bugging me is that sometimes when i press my follow/assist focus button, my adds just randomly start running off! If i then press it again, they start running in circles around my main. What could be causing this? o.O

on the ligtning shield thing, no dice. Conditionals like that were disabled in like 2.0 I think. I use a UI that will show my buffs on each party member with number of charges left and refresh manually (all at once though).

Spell rotations use /castsequence search here and/or on wowwiki.com for more info on how that works

You can RFC with 4 whenever you can run it. It's different for everyone based on classes, gear, personal skill etc. I'd say as a rule of them, use the instances by level list on wowwiki.com and try them first when you hit the top of the recommended range since you'll be down a person.

On the run away issues with keyclone, that's been covered a few times, recently even. Check the software forum, lots of info on the why's and fixes.
