Keyclone paid but not working

Hello.

Recently paid for the Keyclone with PayPal, but it ain't working.

According to my "Get License" on the old Keyclone, the pay was 10.00 USD. While after paying, I noticed it being 19.99 on the site. So this might be the problem.

So what should I do? I want to start this as soon as possible. ;(

Did you notice if you paid using an eCheck when you paid with paypal? I think eCheck is the default payment method unless you setup a credit card to be associated with your paypal acct. If you paid with an eCheck, it will take longer to activate your license.

Looks like keyclone went up in price as well - now $19.99.

Yepyep -- this forum is the dual-boxing forum (not the keyclone forum), and while many of us have experience with keyclone, many of us don't as well. :)

Your best bet is to contact keyclone ('http://solidice.com/contactus.html') directly with billing issues. I hear his customer support is excellent ('http://solidice.com/keyclone/faq.html#kc_faq_17').

Hello again.

After I paid the 19.99 fee, it started working instantly.

I probably have to fix the 10.00 fee as the total is not 29.99 (10 + 19.99).

But I'm a happy dual-boxer now :P

I'll probably try reaching 4 shamans in a while. Just hope the comp can take it.
