3 boxing lag

ive been lagging while ive been 3-boxing and have wondered if changing my pfs to 45 instead of 55 would work better

yes.. anytime you can drop the number of pixels per second going to the screen, you will save cpu and gpu

that being said, you should consider setting your maxfpsbk to something low (~15)
and maybe cap your maxfps to 40 or 50
