I am currently running a a shaman team with druid healer and a full druid team all using the same key maps. Now I would like to jump on the 4dk+pally bandwagon. I have been looking through all the great information provided here but have come up with one question i cant seem to find an answer on. Can configure a whole new set of key maps for the new team that is separate from my caster set? A yes or no, maybe even a link is all I need and I will take it from there(hopefully.) Thank You.
Yes.
This post will be useful to you as you do this: http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=772

I would probably make an entirely new Keymap, specifically for this new team.
You would have to go into the Control Keymap, and change the mapped key that toggles Keymaps on and off, such that it toggles this new Keymap on and off, but only for this specific team.
Copy and Paste one of the actions for enable a Keymap.
And change the target to be only for members of the new team.
And change the Keymap itself to be the new one.
Ditto for the other step to disable Keymaps.
I like to have mine set up like this:
Control - These are always on
General - Non-FTL that apply to all teams, things like mapped key for Mounting or Drinking.
FTL - These are assist DPS keys.
Team Specific - These are for this team only, and not shared by the others.
Just check that each hotkey only activates one mapped key, and you're set.

Ualaa thanks for that description of control general and FTL sections and how you use them
Sorry to hijack a bit but in starting to setup ISBoxer I have started and scrapped a few keymaps. If I want to delete he modifications I have made how how do I delete what I've done to start fresh? Delete the Team I created? Will that leave remnants all over?

You could create a new team from scratch.
Call it something different from an existing team, even if it is the same characters.
Then have IS Boxer create macros/mapped keys for you.
Or alternatively back up your ToolkitProfile file somewhere.
Clear the profile.
And then start over.
You can have both versions open at once.
And copy/paste between them, to move the mapped keys you want to keep onto the profile you're going to use.
That would have the latest Wizard generated options.
