Hey guys, I have become very interested in multi-boxing and would love to give it a try, my current PC would never run more than 1 copy of WoW though so I have decided it is time to upgrade.

I was thinking of starting with trio boxing and I was just wondering if this machine would be able to trio (and upgrade in the future for quad)

So any thoughts about that PC? It is just in my price range (adding a monitor 19" or so that is - I have a 17" right now)

Personaly I'd leave out the SLI and go for a 8800 with atleast 512 mb. 4 or 5 WoW's make better use of it then they would with 2 GC's, I'm pretty sure. And does it have 2gb in total or 4 ? You will need more more, atleast, I did..

Also, there are plenty of FAQ's 'n HOWTO's on this forum, I would suggest you compare your system to those posted..

Good luck

I dono. I would compare prices and build it yourself. You might be able to get the same parts that one has for cheaper on a different site. Suggest you shop and compare. And yes, you should go with a 8800. or a 8600 GTS Superclocked. 512mb

Leave out SLI. I have two 7900s in SLI and it works great for TF2, COD4, and other FPS games. But for WoW it limits you to only one monitor, and multi-boxing is a lot easier on multiple monitors.

8600gt SLI setup is not a good option. They are low-middle of the road in capability. You would be much better off with a single 8800gts 512 (the newer version of the 8800gts). Or get a pair of them and run in NON-SLI mode and use 2 or 4 monitors. =)
