3 Shaman team, how would you spec?

So I have started a new 3 shaman team. So far I am impressed that 90% of the time mobs die before getting to the foot of my lead Shaman. However I am almost to 10 so I am of course thinking about specs for the 3. I know that a lot of talk here is keeping all shaman groups elemental. I was curious has anyone messed with speccing their lead as Enhancement with 2 elementals or maybe having all 3 of spec differently.

I am going to move to 5 box soon, but for now it is just those three. Wasn't planning any instance runs. I could do the Enhancement on one PC and 2 box the other on another machine. Given that I am leaning towards 1 Enhance / 2 Elemental for this particular grouping.
