View Full Version : errors loading divx / stage6 videos in firefox

Wondering if any of you mult-media knowledgeable people can help me with this.

My browser errors out when I try to watch stage6 content.

I can watch youtube video's fine, just not stage6. My current version of Firefox/2.0.0.11. The divx web player 1.4.0 was recently downloaded. It has never worked for some reason. Does anyone have a suggestion?

downgrade the player if you have the newst?

(btw divx uses codecs wheras you tube just is a flash cartoon? (right? correct me if im wrong) so not totally comparable

What addons are you using? I can watch them fine in FF here.

I'm using the download from the divx site that you get sent to when you don't have any addons installed. I watch them fine at home with the same set up, for some reason its the one at work that doesn't work.
