Hello all,

I've just started dabbling into the fine art of dual boxing. I currently am using a hunter + mage combo. One problem I seem to run into every now and then is dealing with facing the mob with both players. Most of the time it works fine... however, if say, my hunter aggro's the mob and it starts running towards my hunter, then my mage will be pointing in the wrong direction. So right now, I wind up trying to move my hunter in such a way so that the mage is pointing at the mob again (since my mage is still auto-following my hunter). I'm wondering if there's a more elegant way of dealing with this problem?

Thanks!

2 options come to mind:
1.: Move the hunter in such a way that your mage faces while still autofollowing; that's how most of us do it
2.: For the love of god why isn't your Hunter's pet tanking? Send pet it with Growl on autocast, turn on 1 attack skill for extra aggro(Bite/Claw/Gore/Ravage/etc) then start player/char dps, hunter may have to FD if you open with Aimed Shot like I did while lvling but otherwise the pet should tank it and tank it at max range; if you're pre-10, get 10 ;p If you're pre-30 and thus can't FD, use Disengage, back off , then step back between mage/monster while pet still tanks, should keep him facing the right way

All you have to do is tap your follow macro, the mage should spin to face you, and unless you are not facing your mob there shouldn't be a problem.
