Windows Taskbar overlap my mainwindow

Hello i have a problem regarding that my Taskbar in windows 7 is overlaping my main window, ive checked both "Always on top" etc in the keyclone settings but it doesnt seam to work.

Any1 have a similar problem and can explain how to fix or have i just done something wrong with settings?
