Follow bot

Hi,

New guy here :)

I just got me a new wow account and want to do some dual boxing. I have no expierence with Dboxing what so ever...

I wonder if theres any bots that can help with dualboxing.
The feature i would love to see is that the "Leader" could write commands to the "Follower"

Example:

Leader whispers to the follower: ".follow" and the bot would follow you.
Leader whispers to the follower: ".healme" and the follower would cast a healing spell on leader.
Leader whispers to the follower: ".attack" and the follower would attack leaders target

ect. ect.

Is there anything out there like this?

Little FYI, don't refer to anything that this site helps with as a bot.

What you are looking for is isboxer, keyclone, or other programs that are on this site.

There used to be a whisper addon that would do such things but as far as I remember, Blizzard removed the ability.

Why would you do this via messages when you could just bind a key on your alt and let multiboxing software pass the key along? It's only one key and should be instant if you set up the right macro.

Any of the multiboxing software will basically do this for you.

Push your hotkey for follow, and the slaves will follow the leader.
Depending on your software, it might send a command for follow.
Or it might send a keybind to all toons, which has a wow command to follow your focus; with focus changing on the same key that swaps one leader (and the region they're in) for another leader.

I'd recommend taking a look at the software forum.
IS Boxer has a 7 day trial, and that is the top software, in my opinion.
But there are other options, so take a look and see what looks good for you.

Ok I just got me a 90days ISboxer licens.

Now i must learn how to use it properly :)

Hmm does anyone have some good keymapping for a Rogue/Druid setup? :)

You'll want to have Interact With Target set, in warcraft keybinds.
Specifically the Targeting Functions, towards the end of that section.
If your Druid is Feral, you'll want that set on the druid too.

I'd probably have the same keybind on both toons in wow.
Then have IS Boxer only send the output to the desired client.

Anything you put on "1", will fire off for both clients.
You'll probably end up with a castsequence for each.
At least for PvE spam.



What spec will the druid be?
Rogue, I'm fairly sure will be melee dps.

Yes the druid id feral.

The rogue is the one im playing by hand. I useally do this rotation:

Spam: "3"
Finish move: "4"
Interrupt:"2"
spells and such:"5-9"

If I could somehow make the druid use these bottoms aswell perhaps with some castsequence macros it would be great. But the problem is I dont know the druidclass well. I just bourght a lvl85 druid account.
