Do mana totems stack? I find that after a long fight of 5 or so mobs, I drop 4 mana totems to replenish the mana + have BOW on the shamen. It still seems that the mana is not ticking in as fast as the healing totems do during a fight.

I am wondering if mana totems are worth it or if they stack.

No, however Healing Stream totem does stack. You can tell by looking at your buff list -- lay 4 healing stream totems, and you will have 4 healing stream totem buffs. Lay 4 mana spring totems, and you will have one mana spring totem buff.

Water shield greatly alleviates this after you hit BC. :)

As Vyndree said they don't stack. But yes they are worth dropping 1 IMO if you have more than 2 casters in the group. It sounds like you use 4 shammies, so I suggest doing 3 healing wards & 1 Mana Stream.
