I think this might be an innerspace issue. I play with a 4 and 1 two monitor set-up, with my taskbar two wide on the monitor with the four slave windows. I make them narrow so they don't overlap. Clicking on another program doesn't pull the program up after today's update, I have to actually click the rectangle that minimizes all to get over to my web browser. (windows 7)

Thoughts?

edit: I also cannot hotswap to a slot that is currently minimized. I have to click on all five windows to have them all up in front before I can swap between.

UNHAPPY!

Now it just won't swap any of them to the big monitor at all :(

There was a minor Inner Space update from 5389 to 5390 yesterday, but that update didn't change anything of significance to what you're describing.

Your issue sounds like 1 of 2 things.
1. a configuration issue with your window layout. if it might be this, I need to see your configuration in order to help you correct the problem (though running the window layout wizard or quick setup wizard would probably fix it)
2. a bug relating to Maximize. Games are supporting 3 windowed mode options lately. Windowed, Fullscreen Windowed, and Fullscreen. Fullscreen windowed may use Maximize, and it might work better to set it in Windowed mode.

I had the same thing happen last week. Setting the always on top mode to off corrected it, at least for the browser, not sure about swapping from minimized.

For anyone else having this issue, Inner Space build 5392 is now live just restart Inner Space and patch up to 5392 or later. ISBoxer 38 minor update #2 is now available as well, and fixes related issues along with the Inner Space update. Restart ISBoxer and click Update when notified (or any future downloads of ISBoxer automatically have this)
