Switching teams w/ISBoxer

Is it possible to switch profiles without logging out of WoW? As in, I'm on my 5 shaman team, and click some magic menu item and get on my PvE team without taking the 5 minutes to log 5 accounts back in. Currently if I use the ISBoxer Character sets and choose a different team, the assists and follow commands don't work.

1. Log out to the Character Selection screen
2. Select your new team through the launch menu
3. Select the right Characters in the selection screen
4. Enter game
5. Profit!

If you forget to do it on the char select screen you can "/console reloadui" broadcast to all the clients to refresh the team's follow commands and such I believe.

That's good to know. When I do my transmutes on my 4 teams, I've been logged on my PvE profile and just enable broadcast and hand type /follow Siaea or whichever team I'm on to go do my transmutes. Kind of a pain, especially if I run into PvP and have the wrong profile loaded.

Post #2 does not work for me. Maybe this is why:

WOW1: druid
WOW2: priest
WOW3: paladin
WOW4: mage
WOW5: lock

Say that's team one. I want to log to team two, which may be Druid, rogue, rogue, rogue, Druid for example. Unfortunately, Druid tank maybe comes from WOW4, not WOW1 because that druid is in another team already. So ISBOXER wants to load:

WOW1: rogue
WOW2: rogue (wrong. druid healer is in this acct)
WOW3: rogue
WOW4: druid (wrong. rogue is in this acct)
WOW5: druid healer (wrong. druid tank is in this acct)

I was excited when I read you didn't have to exit the game entirely to load a new team. This hasn't been the case for me with any of my teams. This may be because my first team was five locks, second was five druids, rest were mixed teams. This lasted to 60 and then I changed them all around. On top of the window swap issues, i probably just need to delete everything and start over entirely.

Anyway, hopefully it works for you.

I believe you get everything updated, except Repeater Regions.
Or that might have been fixed, since Lax didn't mention it in his post, but he had mentioned this previously.

Since you've got five slots to work with, and five accounts to work with...
If you set it up, so Slot 1 is always Account 1, and Slot 2 is always Account 2, etc...
Then it will work for you too.

With instant swap between regions/slots, it doesn't matter what order they're loaded.
Mapped Keys, send the desired key to whatever slot/character/group, etc.

I think you're thinking of Action Target Groups, not Repeater Regions. This was fixed a few versions of ISBoxer ago actually, you shouldn't lose anything important :)

Umm.. when you launch a team, and one is already running, ISBoxer will load the settings for the newly selected team, and fill in any missing slots.

Say you've got 2 teams.... shamans and paladins we'll call them.
You first logged into shamans, and now you want to switch to paladins. What you need to do is camp out to the character selection screen, then select the paladins from the launch menu the same way you originally launched shamans. When you do this, you will see the windows refresh and if any windows are missing it'll launch them for you. Each window will have a popup message for a few seconds, that says which team and character is now loaded. So the first window will say something like paladins - pally1. Then you just select the right character in each window. ISBoxer can't do that part for you, it's still going to have your original team selected. After selecting the right characters, enter the game and at that point it should be just like you launched paladins instead of shamans.

If your Slots are not the same accounts, you are of course going to have to back out further than character selection.

Are you saying that you verified the popup text in each window when you launched the team, and it said the right team and character in each window as I said it should, and then in the game the ISBoxer Addon says the wrong names?

Was this character set created by the Quick Setup Wizard?

All my teams were made using the quick setup wizard. The popup text if I caught it in time would still list the old team members being loaded. For some reason it seems to prefer the one team. Team 85A is my most used team. I do my dailies on them, then exit out to the character screen on all teams. I bring up IsBoxer and select a new team. I then bring up the character screens and select the characters for the new team. But after they log in I would get the warning about saying it expected the players from the Teams 85A. This last time I started with a new team, then went out to the character screen, this time I loaded the second team with Innerspace and selected the new characters and everything was fine. I will test it again tomorrow with the Team 85A first again. Thanks again

*edit* Okay if I select the new team with Innerspace it switches them. But if I use IsBoxer list it sticks with Tam 85A.
