I couldn't find one here, but I'm sure it exists. In case it doesn't I found this on another site and it works great.

#showtooltip
/cancelaura Moonkin Form
/cast Bronze Drake

Of course insert the name of your mount where it says BRONZE DRAKE. Works for both flying and ground mounts. If a mount ends in the word "mount" like the Bronze Drake does, it only works if you take out the word mount.

Hope this helps anyone who was as confused as I was. I just switched my druid from a healer in my mixed group to DPS (and he's doing better then my shadow priest was, who is now my healer and doing better than my druid at that) and thought forms automatically would drop when trying to mount. This was not the case so it was irritating to have to switch to the druid screen to click off Moonkin Form and then hit my G110 key for whichever mount I wanted.

This is what I tried to write in guild chat. If you have the 'spells dismount on' the nomounted will protect you from dropping out of the air, you could also stack on the logical mounts after this for underwater and swimform.

#showtooltip Slow-Roasted Turkey
/stopmacro [mounted]
/cancelform [nostance:0]
/cast [flyable]Bronze Drake

There were so many times I left my poor moonkin somewhere in the wild because she wouldn't mount and I didn't notice it.

Try this one, I like having exit vehicle on mine too. Only problem is this way it won't dismount in the air.
/cancelform
/use Abyssal Seahorse
/cast [swimming] Aquatic Form; [flyable] swift flight form; swift brewfest ram
/script VehicleExit()
