So this has been bothering me lately. I took a forum members 4 step macro from his BRC melee video thread and I cant help but wonder if it needs a reset to step one after so many seconds. Otherwise it seems to me that you will start the next combat at some step other than the first, which with DKs seems other than ideal. As I understand steps in ISboxer it executes the first and moves on to second after first is complete(even if it is a castsequence). Is that not correct?

P.s. Sorry I'm on my phone otherwise I would get the original posters name.
Edit: it was Zugdud and here is his step macro

Primary spam key:

step 1 & 2:
/castsequence reset=5 scourge strike, festering strike, scourge strike, festering strike, scourge strike, scourge strike, scourge strike, scourge strike, scourge strike, scourge strike
/cast dark transformation
/petattack

step 3:
/cast summon gargoyle
/cast dark transformation
/petattack

step 4:
/cast death coil
/cast dark transformation
/petattack

Secondary key:
/cast blood fury
/use 13
/use 10
/cast [@player] unholy frenzy
/castsequence reset=5 Outbreak, Pestilence, Blood Tap

You can check to reset to step one after:
- "x" seconds from first press
- "x" seconds from most recent press

Depending what you want, will determine the best option.
Theoretically with a four step, we get:

Scourge Strike, Summon Gargoyle, Death Coil, Blood Fury, Dark Transformation, Dark Transformation, Dark Transformation, Unholy Frenzy, Festering Strike...
Something similar to that, unless some of those are off of the GCD.

The spam speed determines a lot too.
As well as what is on cooldown and cannot cast because of the cooldown, GCD or lack of runes.

For a DPS sequence, possibly add (check the option).
Reset to Step 1, "5" seconds after the most recent press.
