How do you do the third boss? That fire elemental is instant death to anyone it touches, so how the hell can you kill it with melee? I was thinking taking control of dps that is targetted and running him off while spamming IWT for the other dps. Unfortunately this means tank is not facing boss and eating melee in the back. Hardly ideal. :(

Maybe leave your tank out of IWT Action Target Group ?
You could add toggle key that leaves your tank out of any target changing actions, keeping him at boss at all times even if your dps is doing something else.

Do you have stuns? You could try stunning the add and bursting? Quite risky, but could work if you have enough stuns available.

That's true with 3 ghouls I could probably stun him for a short while. It's very risky, but worth a try.

What about the old fail safe army? I'm not yet to heroics but I do know that I've had issues with some bosses and just pre cast army before pull, and burst a boss down instead of dealing with the bs mechanics lol. The last 2 bosses of brc come to mind here :)

Army just doesnt do that kind of damage anymore and I'm not sure the flame elementals will target a ghoul, but its worth a shot.

army was used for taunt. The boss will target ghouls one by one, ignoring your group for a while. So tank takes no damage from the boss for a while giving you time to dps. This makes sense for a team like DK + 4 rets as I won't have to spent my HP to heal in the beginning, so just dps until all ghouls are dead.

I think the army will help in this case. Are we talking about heroic or normal ?

I can just heal through normal since I steer the team with a disc priest. I was thinking about how to do it on heroic where the elemental can one shot anyone
