I keep getting this error. "can not authenticate account information (-14)

I can not get the www.lavishsoft.com website to open either.

Me too. I can slowly get it to work, one window will open then I get the error. I go to open my Character sets again, another window opens up and then the error again. I now have all 5 windows up and am just about to try to login...

Ive been getting connection/authentication errors the past couple days, too.

Sometimes I have to shut down innerspace and restart it.

I do see a handful of people having connection issues due to internet routing problems today. It depends entirely on your ISP and the route they have to our servers. Most people are unaffected. http://www.internetpulse.net/

I don't know what to tell you about "the past couple days" however.

I'm getting a -16 unable to initialize. I did get all five windows up a bit ago but then there was a darn mini patch that required a restart. I'll keep trying it to see if it can get a connection. The website is down for me as well, though all was fine this morning.
