I love the song, so I had to speed up the video quite a lot, maybe too much so it's hard to see about pull tacts and such, I'm willing to answer any questions if there'll be any.
My friend wondered how do I take so little damage, and when I take it lots, I'm in full hp for next mob..
I'm playing around a lot with focus targets, so when skull dies from five pack, there will be four sheeps left. If a mage with sheeping duty have low hp, I just cover it with the mage who haven't anything focused, so the low hp mage can drop combat with invisibility and eat food to gain hp and mana back up.
Also same deal if and when mage or a few dies, keeping the mobs sheeped while others fly back :)

Rotations with such spells as Ring of Frost, Counterspell (talented), Cone of Cold (talented) and Frost Nova.. helps a lot.

You cannot 'target skull' but you can have each character pre-focus one mob (with a multiplexer you can have the main target, then slave. Then they just /cast [@focus, nodead, harm] hex or whatever you want.

Mages have been awesome since Vanilla launch, so why not. If they buff some trash, you bring your team to somewhere else.. :)

There's two kind of boxers, those who doesn't want to miss a proc, and lazy ones who just smash the keyboard and hope it works. Unfortunately I belong to last ones so.. I did setup Power Auras Classic for watching missile procs on my main screen, whenever there are 3 or more missile icons on the screen, I hit the missilekey and release the procs, while other mages keep up spamming Arcane Blasts.

I paused that video so many times so I could figure out exactly what you were doing. But I managed to copy you like the best copyright violators in the business.

Can someone confirm that the drop rate is still good as of February 15th, and later? Ive done maybe 5 hours in there since the 15th, and my usually drop rate of 1.5 runs per epic has dropped to 0.

i haven't noticed any changes. Last night I got a bunch of epics, same with the night before. (15th ad later) Usually I get 3 epics a night or so. I've done like 6 total clears and didn't get any epics at all a week or two ago. Then I go the next day and get 2 after like 6 kills. It's just random.

I'm still away from 1 mil gold cap, but going to reach it sooner or later :) Well done mate!

I had like 20+ clears without epics or even greens, so I got a bit frustrated. That's why I made thread here for confirms if tbot10 trash still drops epics, and when I did that, I got 6 epics in next 4 hours.. Complaining at forums always helps :)

edit: encoding another video, about superfarming phase-twisters, just my sony vegas lost ffdshow.. d'uhuh. Stay tuned though :)

Interesting, do they drop many epics? I stopped clearing that trash, and just do 3/4 front guys and then run out.

I used to clear the whole room, but it seemed like the twister guys rarely dropped epics. But they do drop great gold and cloth.

I've tended to stay with the killing the first three, then running out and back in because it is so darn fast. I've killed the twister packs many times as well but haven't had any luck with them dropping epics.

You've done it all many times - any thoughts as to whether the twisters or regular mobs are better in terms of epics per hour?

Edit: LOL, looks like Kicksome had the same thoughts I did, but a few minutes earlier - tough keeping up with that guy!

Phase-Twisters drops equal amount of epics than the other trash. Also the gold loot and cloth loot is somewhat awesome, around 2000g from just the gold loot each hour :)
It seems Phase-Twister farming is much faster way, than killing the first 3/4. I got 4 epics off them yesterday, tsanga's helm, plate shoulders, bracers of the dark pool and phase-twister leggings.

For speeding up looting, if you have disenchanter, then set "pass on loot: yes" on all toons except the one which loots. So you can greed or need all the epics to your main toon. When greenies drop, you can disenchant them in a fly, and your main toon gets all the dusts.

at current killing spree I slain ~140 phase-twisters in an hour (7 mobs each 3 minutes) which sums the gold loot to 2000-2600g each hour while average gold loot is 18g 57s per mob :)

Next got my mind on my money achievement @ 100k :)

as 5 mages you can kill phase-twisters non-stop though.

if you kill 3 first ones, that's around 3 mobs / 3 minutes (cd) = 60 mobs an hour.
(so you use images only against the mob, which can't be rooted. Then kill the melee one, and the healer, while keeping range one sheeped whole time)

if you non-stop kill phase-twisters, that's around 140-150 mobs an hour, depending on your dps

Dont know if you raid etc, but we plan to do this too, and the mobs just before cho'gall, they drop alot of epics, well for us every week without fail 2-4 epics just from mobs before cho'gall.

need to finish 2 bosses tonight in BWD, then we are off too Bot, and usualy down 3 bosses and getting close too killing cho'gall, so no doubt we wil get upto it, but wont kill it, and next raid is Monday after tonight so leaves the cho'gall trash free for us too have a go at lol.

Today I started to try if I can down 5man heroic bosses, so far Corborus and Slabhide downed in Stonecore heroic, also Augh with his crocomate went down quite easily in The lost city of Tol'vir.

dps @ Slabhide 114200.2 dps. fight took 36 seconds

high priestress azil, the last boss in stonecore hc gave her life away very fast, there were no rockthrowing phase :)

Glubtok in DM died while casting flame wall, so 4x ready for raiding -achievement for the slaves :)
Helix Gearbreaker downed as well :P

Pulled with Arcane Blast, had broadcasting on, walked backwards while putting images out. then spellstole shield , time warp, talented mana gem and nuked all out. Used Ice Block -macro at first (and last) paralyze, spellstole shield again and nuked him down.

I think you didn't watch the video? If you did, I'm sorry since it's speeded up a lot.

Shortly about the pulls:

First pack

pre-focus and sheep three mobs on the right. Left mob can't be sheeped so after three sheeps, tag an aggro with Arcane Barrage x5 on left mob with all your toons. Then walk backwards (with broadcasting) while put your mirror images to hold the threat while bursting that mob down.

When the first mob is dead, resheep and take distance to the mobs and start nuking the melee or healer one.
You need to have rotations on spells such as Frost Nova, Cone of Cold (optional: talented for 4sec freeze) and Counterspell. Also Improved Polymorph is very awesome talent when doing this!

Have broadcasting on, so when you walk backwards with your main toon, the others will do that as well. And then just dps that melee or healer (interrupt heals and the stun spell), and before they walk to your team, freeze them, and shoot Arcane Blast+Arcane Barrage, then walk backwards again, another freeze and rinse repeat..

Remember to resheep between each kill. Then you should have crossfire mob left, wait for your mirror images cd and when it's ready, have distance to crossfire mob and shoot her with Arcane Blast+Arcane Barrage and then start walking backwards while put your mirror images for taking all the arrows, then just burst the bugger down.

Second pack (the faster one)

Wait for your Mirror Images cd while on your slave toons pre-focusing all mobs on that pack except the middle one (which can't be rooted). Check the video where you should stand on pull, also make sure you don't pull 2 packs. Cast Presence of Mind on all your toons for instant sheeping, but click it away from your main toon, since your main isn't sheeping anything.

When you're ready, cooldowns are gone etc, wait in that spot and shoot Arcane Barrage to that non-focused mob (the middle one) and they all start to run towards your team. Don't panic, just walk backwards again, wait till the whole pack have reached the stairs (or bottom of the stairs) and hit your sheep button to sheep those 4 mobs at once instantly (PoM).

One mob is still running at you so keep on walking backwards while put your mirror images out, they will hold the threat again and you can dps that bugger down (remember to use broadcasting to move all your toons at the same time, and walk away from that twirling thing on the ground, that hurts.)

When you have killed that "middle mob", go resheep and start killing the rest of the pack (except crossfire ones). When you have just crossfire (or 2) left as sheeps, wait for your mirror images cd and keep them sheeped.

When all cooldowns are gone again, and if you have two crossfire mobs sheeped, then shoot the first one with Arcane Blast and immediately second one with Arcane Barrage, both sheeps will break, and you start walking backwards again with broadcasting and put the mirror images out again, so they will take the damage from the arrows and stuff, then just burst them down one by one.

Third pack

If you managed to kill Second pack, this one won't be any harder, just repeat everything as with Second pack.

Hope this helped, I've been thinking to create another video, just my computer performance isn't suitable for running fraps with 5 clients, gonna figure that out later.

My issue is sheeping, re-sheeping, only way I know at this point how too, is I manually target a mob on each toon, then I hit my number pad 1 and it sheeps them all, so if I had too re-sheep 2-4 mobs in a hurry im screwed as I would have too flick each window to do so lol

How it works?
Main mage selects any mob.
key push: Shift+F1 (The mob is now focused by main mage, and the mob have mark Star above)

Main mage selects any other mob.
key push: Shift+F2 (Slave mage 1 assists Main mage. The mob is now focused by Slave mage 1, and the mob have mark Circle above)

and so on..

when you have 5 marks on mobs, you can simply press your sheep macro (I have it on 'L'-key) and all focused mobs will turn into fluffy sheeps. Now when you nuke any target, the focused mobs will stay in focus, and pressing sheep-key will resheep them.

/cast mirror image (Glyph of Arcane Power allows to pop images without GCD)
/use 13 (Trinket: Soul Casket; increases your spell power by 1926 for 20 sec.)
/use 10 (Engineering tinker: Synapse springs; increases your Intellect by 480 for 10 sec.)

Tinker is somewhat worst boost, so it's at last row, since trinket will be activated first and they share the cooldown, I usually tap my 'nuke'-key again in 20+ seconds to activate the tinker.

Also when you drink the volcanic potion, it seems your max mana just gets higher but doesn't increase the actual mana, so mana gem is fixing that a bit, also have had some experiences with Evocation after the potion+gem with quite nice results.

Just cleared all bosses in Shadowfang Keep heroic, frapsed all the kills, going to upload a new video next weekend perhaps ^^

Also these dps numbers are mostly with Flasks of the Draconic Mind (+300 Intellect) and Goblin Barbecue (+60 Intellect)
