I'm having the occasional bit of difficulty in keeping track of 4+ melee boxed toons when things are getting hectic in the middle of the large battlegrounds (Alterac Valley, IoC).

I know it might sound silly but when you're spamming an IWT macro it's entirely possible to have a toon run off and not figure it out until that toon is out of /follow range.

Has someone found an addon or some solution so that the toons in your party are highlighted in some fashion so you can just keep a little bit better eye on them and pull them back toward your main if it looks like they are about to stray?

With Grid + Grid Custom Layout, you can have your only your toons displayed, irregardless what group they are in. Their names will fade out when they move out of range (from your healing spells, I think..)

Yeah, I already have them grouped together in my raid frames.

The problem is that by the time that Grid fades their names because they are out of range, then that means they are also out of range to respond to a /follow command. The horse is already out of the barn so to speak by the time that Grid notifies me that there is a problem.

I guess I'm looking for something that might change their name colors or nameplates to a different color than everyone else's, that way I could keep an eye on them and notice right away if they are starting to sprint off in a different direction.

It's mainly justt a problem in the larger BGs (and AV is this weekend so I'm running into it a bit more often). The zerg on zerg fights can get a little hectic and then I notice a toon is out of range and of course out of /follow range as well.
