How is this done? It's quite annoying currently :(

Go into Jamba options, then advanced, and core: communications. Uncheck the box to assume all team members are online

Even if you're not spammed that team members are offline, you still have the one long list.
Not sure on a work around for that.

Possibly if you virtualize the Jamba file that records who is on a team.

Are you talking about the list on the screen or the list in the options? Unchecking the box fixed the one on the screen for me.

Huh? My teams have their own lists, except for the guys I use to PL my lowbies through instances. No toon gets added to a list unless you manually add them. PEBKAC.

i use jamba and isboxer and have a similar problem when switching to a different team. i close down all windows, and use isboxer to load a new team but in my jamba team list, i still have the previous team's names. Its no biggie, just Remove 4 old names and Push to All.

Gonna try deez's suggestion though. Doesnt matter if i have a long list as long as i dont dont get spamed USER1 NOT ONLINE 4 times.

With either one of the IS Boxer updates or a Jamba update, I have every name for all teams on the team list.
The unchecking of the box, assume all members are online all the time, removes the spam that soandso is not online, but I still have tons of names on the team list.

Are all these names on the same toons that are arranged in a different team? If these are completely different toons, I'd suspect it had something to do with virtualization in ISB as I don't think I've seen anyone mention a problem with this that doesn't use ISB.

ISBoxer has an option to sync its toon list with Jamba's. It is on by default.

Otherwise, Jamba has profile support.

I found the profile support, thanks :)

Use profiles.

Even then isboxer will add toons to those if you do not exit the game completely and load a new isboxer team. At least thats what happens to me, if i load team 1 and then decide to switch to team 2 for some reason, i have to exit the game entirely and restart using team2 through isboxer. Otherwise team 1 will suddenly have ten names in it and things start messing up especially when switching windows.

If there is a way to switch teams/toons without restarting wow entirely through isboxer, i would like to know it.
(i have isboxer managing jamba)

i dont mix team members except for the booster eg:

Team Mages
- Boosterlock
- magea
- mageb
- magec
- maged

I like deez suggestion tho then i can have a long list of alts that will auto accept invites quickly eg my porting mage.

You don't need to restart everything, you just need to ensure that the each team's virtualised ISBoxer addon loads correctly. Either log to the new toons after swapping teams in ISBoxer, or force a console reload on each client if you have already logged into the new toons before changing teams in ISBoxer

Good tips, unchecking "Assume all team members are online" and load new teams via ISBoxer then log into toons.

If I want to swap teams with ISBoxer, I log out all toons to the character selection screen. Then I use the ISBoxer control panel (that runs in the system tray) to choose a new character set to lauch. ISBoxer, reloads all its info, then I log into the toons on the new team. Works like a charm.
