Healbot issues

Hey there everyone, long time lurker here.

I've got some issues with healbot which may push me to grid depending on what I can and can't do with either.

Basically with healbot, i'm happy with its healing. It does a good job, however one thing that really irritates me is I can't see the debuffs on the other characters that the main (Paladin) can't cure and same for all the other chars. Is there anyway to enable seeing all debuffs regardless of whether they can be cured or not? I've been fiddling for months, reading guides and forum posts but to no avail. The functionality for that may not even be there and i've wasted my time.

Next issue is grid, does it have the same capabilities as healbot in regards to click and heal? Does it also show all debuffs regardless if the char in use can cleanse/cure/dispell the particular debuff?

Not positive if Grid will show all debuffs.
I know it does show debuffs which my current toon cannot cure.
So I am guessing it will show pretty much all the debuffs.

I've not used Healbot, but with Grid you can assign spells or macros based on clicks.
Which can be with or without modifiers.

If you want a custom sort, you will need to also add GridCustomLayouts.
