Game freezes during character loading screen

On one of my accounts there is one character that I can't get logged in. Other characters in that account load fine. The game freezes when the progress bar gets to about 90%. The same thing happens when I attempt to load that character on a different computer. Even with a fresh install the same thing happens.
Has anyone experienced this before?

Yeah i had this before with my paladin in thunderbluff, make a ticket and they will move the character to a different location which should allow you to logon.
I don't think your character is corrupted or theres anything to worry about.

That is exactly what happened. I filed a ticket last night (my first ever in 6 years of play). I was able to load the character this morning and found myself in a different place with everything intact.
