Hello,

I have recently started multiboxing again after 5 months brake. I have some problems with fps in WoW. When I run it in windowed mode, my fps caps at 30, no matter which LCD the window is on. When I run it fullscreen it runs with 100+ fps. I am playing main at 1650x1080 ultra settings on first LCD, slaves at 1024x768 low settings at second LCD.

PC is:

GTX 260 + 2 x 22" LCD connected
8 GB RAM
I Core2Quad 6600
Windows 7 64 bit.

Can you tell me how is yours fps when running wow in windowed mode? I dont remember if it was that bad 5 months ago. I searched blizzard forums, dual-boxing forums, but I did not come to any solution. The only thing I am thinking of is that it has something to do with DirectX not running correctly when WoW is windowed. I tried reinstalling both drivers and directX without any success.

Are you using keyclone, isboxer, or something else?

Wow also has settings for fps if your wow is in the background and foreground. It could be a problem with that.

I am using AHK. Wow is max FPS foreground and 15 backround. I dont think that this is the problem. As I said, it runs 100+ fps when it is set to fullscreen.
