So I I have a level 76 booster to help my 4 RAF accounts.
Ive made it to level 59 with the 4 RAF accounts and now I started 4 new chars on same accounts because I have RAF time left.
So what I did was get those new chars to level 30 and then use my initial level 59 chars to grant them levels from 30 to 59.
Now problem is one of the chars in level 30 team isnt able to get granted levels.
I set it up in this fashion:
A->B->C->D->E
A - booster
B/C/D/E RAF accounts
Now E is stuck at level 30 since he didn't refer anyone. And now when I try to boost my level 30 to get to 60 ASAP, he gets very minimal XP. Normal levels.
How can I fix this? Should I make another RAF account and then Boost E->F and then drop F later because itll have same problem.
Thanks for all help.

The idea is to level toons on B,C,D, and E to 60 at the same time so they keep the benefit of RAF. Whether you do that by boosting or questing, you end up with 4 60s that can all grant levels backwards. What I would do is level toons to 30 on accounts B, C, and D, to match your already 30 toon on account E and then carry on as normal (boosting with your 76 on account A?).

Should have paid 49cents on my forum and done it right from the start.
With one transfer I show you how to have X level 60's by leveling X-2 to level 30 and 2 to 60 .... X being the number of accounts you have.
Anyway you should still have one 59 that did not grant yet. Transfer your level 30 to the account that the level 59 can grant to.

Toon B hasn't granted to anyone.
Toon B can grant to A. But A is not RAF, will it work?
If I transfer the 30 to Toon A account.
I did level granting because I gained 29 levels in 2 minutes versus RAFing them all to 60 grinding in instances.
I already grinded the first team to 59 to be able to grant levels.

So from what I read what you have right now is this:
A: 59, 60
B: 59 (no grants), 60 (grants)
C: 59 (no grants), 60 (grants)
D: 59( no grants), 30 (grants)
So what I would recommend is this: create a new trio on A, B and C and level to 15. Grant D:30 to the C:15 to get to 30. Then, grant C:30 to B:15 to get to 30. Then grant B:60 to A:15 to get to 45. Then grant B:30 to A:45 to get to 60. Then pay $25 to transfer the new level 60 on A to account D.
Costs $25 but otherwise is easy peasy.

I have this right now:
A: Level 76 Pally - Non RAF account
B: Level 59 shammy, 59 priest
C: Level 59 shammy, 59 priest
D: Level 59 shammy, 59 priest
E: Level 59 shammy, 30 priest
A>B>C>D>E
i used the shammies to up the priests to 59
now E is dead.
so I assume priests have 15 levels each to grant because I leveled from 1-30 then used the shammies grants to 59.
does the free levels still accrue when using granting on my priests? if it does that means they have 30 levels to grant except for E?
You mentioned grant B:60 to A: 15. But B has granted levels to A already. A is the one that hasnt granted to anyone because A is linked to my master account.

Sorry made a mistake. That should have read B, C, D, E.
Here's a clarification of RAF and what can be done:
Although the bonus XP ends at level 60, you can still grant levels at level 60, so there is no reason to stop leveling at level 59. In fact, stopping at level 59 means that you can only grant 29 levels instead of 30. So first, level your folks to 60. Second, ALL levels gained count towards granting levels. So if you create a character and XP/boost to level 30, then grant levels up to level 60, that character can grant 30 levels to another character. If, you were to create Death Knights, since they start at level 55, if you level them up to 60 they still can only grant 3 levels, since granted levels only count from 55-60 (the game gave you 55 levels for free, which would not count towards granting levels).
So here is what you need to do: get your accounts looking like this:
A: Level 76 Pally - Non RAF account
B: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest
C: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest
D: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest
E: Level 60 shammy, 30 priest
Assuming that the priests are the ones with the ability to grant levels, the next step is this:
A: Level 76 Pally - Non RAF account
B: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 15 (any class)
C: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 15 (any class)
D: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 15 (any class)
E: Level 60 shammy, 30 priest
Then, the E:30 Priest grants to D:15
A: Level 76 Pally - Non RAF account
B: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 15 (any class)
C: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 15 (any class)
D: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 30 (any class)
E: Level 60 shammy, 30 priest
Then, D:60 and D:30 grant to C:15
A: Level 76 Pally - Non RAF account
B: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 15 (any class)
C: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 60 (any class)
D: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 30 (any class)
E: Level 60 shammy, 30 priest
Then C:60 Priest and C:60 (any class) grant to B:15
A: Level 76 Pally - Non RAF account
B: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 60 (any class)
C: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 60 (any class)
D: Level 60 shammy, 60 priest, 30 (any class)
E: Level 60 shammy, 30 priest
At this point, you can move the new level 60 on B or C to account E for $25. It's late, hope that clarifies things.

Ya you can move the level 30 on E to account A (if account A invited account B, although you call A a "non RAF" account it seems that it is linked to B) and the guy on account B can grant to account A.
With my method you would have leveled 2 guys to level 60, and 2 guys to level 30 and ended up with (after one transfer) 5 level 60's. To get 10 level 60's you do it twice so 4 to level 60 and 4 to level 30.
I end up
a boster 60 60 (60 left to grant on a and nothing left on others, of course toons on a cant grant to anyone)
b 60 60
c 60 60
d 60 60
e 60 60
What you did is level up 4 level 30 and 4 level 60; same as me.
a booster
b 60 30
c 60 30
d 60 30
e 60 30
a booster
b 60 60 (60 left to grant)
c 60 60 (30 left)
d 60 60 (30 left)
e 60 30 (15 left)
Move guy on e to a and grant from B
a booster 60 (30 left)
b 60 60 (30 left)
c 60 60 (30 left)
d 60 60 (30 left)
e 60 (0 left)
Kind of a mess a bit as you have 8 guys and your original ... you do have 60 more levels to grant then I do but I have 10 level 60's to your 8 level 60's; but I took two transfers and you only one so far.
Lets see if you level a pair to level 30 on a/b
a booster 60 30 45LtG (levels to grant)
b 60 60 30 45LtG
c 60 60 30LtG
d 60 60 30LtG
e 60
a booster 60 60 60LtG
b 60 60 60 30LtG
c 60 60 none
d 60 60 30LtG
e 60
Then you can move one 60 on b to e to have 2 60's per account plus the booster. A lot depends on how many level 60's you want to end up with.

What I would do is, create a DK on account E and forget about the 30 priest (level 30 takes a matter of hours with RAF and I've deleted a numberof RAF toons, including two 60s I gifted just to use up the grants). By the time he's played through the starter quests the DK will be 58-59. Replace that last priest with him and you've got a tank when you need it on account E.
Level another set of toons using RAF (I'd do all druids this time =D)
Then play any combo to 30, but with a priest on account A (assuming you want 4 priests) and gift that priest on A to 60. I'm assuming from the arrows each account invited the next?
You'd then have @ 60+:
A Pally, Druid, Priest
B Shm, Druid, Priest
C Shm, Druid Priest
D Shm, Druid, Priest
E, Shm, Druid, DK
Make account B's druid a feral bear and you can then tank from account A,B or E with any combo of the avliable classes. (Pal+4xShm, Bear+4xDruid, DK+4xPrst etc)
Rememer when using RAF, the first 30 levels are so easy it's silly and toons ARE disposable. Use groups just to get a particular class on a paritcular account and then delete the rest whe you're high enough to do the level gifting. I levelled 5 groups to 60 when I had RAF two years ago, I then played a few more into 30 or so to gift up even more toons to 60. Some of those (all the sub 60s) have since been deleted to make room for new things =D
EDIT! Just realised your account A isn't linked, but the DK thing still works if you don't have extra toons at all.
