So, my question is.. How do you guys turn your caster team around when a melee is hitting you without losing the follow on your main?

Not possible. Movement such as turning will break follow. You can either re-follow or use Jamba Follow-strobing.

I just twrill around and spam, everyone spins and most of the time you will target the guy in one or two keypresses. Or it is a game of speed you need to get your main to follow him so the slaves are looking at him .... Or I will use arcane explosion.

Follow Strobing is under Follow.

Short Answer - Not Possible.

IWT 2 stage with a keypress back to face pewpew... hit follow when you want to follow again. Strobing is horrible IMO.

using casters you should be able to stand ontop of offending mob and cast... hunters well they are not so good for that

When they're on you.

Blast Wave, Thunderstorm, Typhoon, etc.
Use a knockback if you have one.

AoE fear, the Warrior Shout, Warlock Howl or Priest Scream.

You can AoE yourself, which might kill the offender.

A spread out macro can help at times.
Have everyone run in a different direction.
And then heal whoever they go for.
And/or focus fire the one at a time, as they won't be on all of your guys.
The two step IWT approach, will let the other toons face one of the bad guys.

You can also use your interact with target button to turn towards the mob
