Ok, so I skipped Beauty and Karsh Steelbender. But my goal was to find one end boss I can kill every day for chaos orbs so I can start making epic tanking gear. My group was a prot pally, resto shaman and 3 elemental shamans. I took fraps of Clora, Herald of Twilight and the last 1 mil hp of Lord Obsidius but I doubt I will ever get around to making a video out of it. Has anybody else cleared the last boss in a heroic yet while 5 boxing?
With Obsidius I tanked the boss plus the adds until my Pally needed a heal, then I chain lightning to pull the adds off, waited 3 seconds for the debuff to fall of, healed to full then avenger's shield pulled the adds back onto the tank. I poped fire elementals right at the start then earth elementals when he was around 1.5mil hp. And the adds around the boss that that big guy normally kills (forgot his name) don't pull the boss, so you kill them off one by one. (He doesn't come help because I didn't kill Karsh).
With Clora I split my shaman into two groups, put one group directly in front of the adds to the far right, one in front of the group in the middle. I placed my pally in front of the add on the far left. I ran forward with my group pulling the boss as I did so that all 3 beams were blocked, then had my slaves turn left facing the boss. After that it was just a matter of interrupting all of the fears and hitting all forward and all back to move in and out of the beams when needed. It was actually really easy once I got the hang of it.
First boss super easy, strife out of the earthquakes, kill the chains, get away from the melee range aoe that kills you, pick up the adds with the tank and chain lightning them down.
The girlfriend said she wanted to make a movie out of it so you might be in for a treat later.
