If you have an FTL assist, put your attack macro on the first key.
And you'll want to spam or selectively press your Interact With Target key.
If you don't have an FTL assist.
You'll need an assist method, Focus is generally the easiest to implement.

If your assist mechanism is working, which ever you use, You might need to enable Interact with Target (IWT) in wow keybind section, and Click to Move (CTM) also in the keybind section.
I personally use ISBOXER, which works very well for me.
There are some minor issues with IWT/CTM and slaves running all over the place if the mob has moved since you clicked IWT. That is an issue with WOW not ISBOXER.
I have a team of 5 feral druids for PVE, they are highly entertaining to play, so keep with it, and you should succeed.

CTM = Click to Move.
In the Interface - Mouse Options.
Or:
- ON: /console AutoInteract 1
- OFF: /console AutoInteract 0
IWT = Interact With Target
Keybind - Targeting Functions.
