Are there quests that you have to do (for rep, prof, etc)?

Just picked up CTM, starting a week late, from what I've read and seen, I plan to level mostly thru dungeons. But are there any quests that you should do for reputation, profession, etc?

For example, in WOTLK, you have to do the long chain to open up Sons of Hodir for shoulder enchant, and do at least enough quests to get to friendly (to be able to buy tabard) with the 4 factions for head enchants and profession patterns.

So what are the equivalent in CTM and what would be the quickest way to reach those? thanks.

Is CTM.... Cataclysm? I thought CTM stood for Click To Move, which falls in line with IWT. Look here:

Thanks, I have read thru that thread, but it doesn't really answer my question.

Anyway, did some more search, for faction/rep it looks the same as before, 4 factions for 4 head enchants and require friendly to buy tabard, and Therazane for shoulder enchant.

the tabard sais it only works in lvl 85 Cata instances. Does that imply that it only works on heroics ?
