Confirmed drop from Canopic Jar, which you can only get from having 450+ Archaeology.

My team is maxxed Alchemy and currently in the 150-160 range on Archaeology. Leveling it is perhaps the most frustratingly slow thing I've ever done on a multibox team, and I'm only Darkmoon Faire reputation away from having The Insane on my whole team :)

Nope. You have to have 525 Alchemy to make it and use it. You get the recipe from Canopic Jar. It's retarded.

The upside for me is that I was already Alch for the transmutes and I'm leveling Archaeology for Zin'rokh :)

Yeah, that change sucks. The only perk of having alchemy on my main (dropped JC for Alchemy for this mount).

I'm not interested in the high stakes gambling of crafting and selling them. :(

Well isn't that actually good? That way if you want to only level one character in Archeology, you can then make the vial for the rest of your alchemy toons?

so you can create that mount and then sell it to a non alchemist who can then use it for themselves? If so we now have the cata mechano hog and well see it on the AH for like 35k.
