Is this for real? Did anyone else that had attempted [or is still attempting] to play this game get this?
Or is this old and am I behind the curve?

Yeah, that seems about par for the course for them. I'm still trying to figure out how they made such an awesome game with FFXI and FFXIV ended up just complete crap.
