I am going to start a Healer + 4 frost DK group and I am wondering how you setup the group while lvling through PVE. Did you lead with the healer and not have a set Tank and heal who ever has agro or lead from a Blood Dk?
Also now with the XP nerf for doing content below your level, am I going to be affected by using a lvl 80 shaman or Pally to heal 4 lvl 60 DKs? Or should I use my 60 Priest instead and then switch to Pally or Shaman for PVP? Thanks in advance for the help.

This isn't very clear.
Why wouldn't you have your tank initiate contact with mobs? Even if the other members of the party are 25 levels higher than the tank. If you are meaning non-combat, the same runs true, having any interaction is going to be one delay after another otherwise. Looting, reward selection, trainers, etc. I could see with a pet class like warlock or hunter that while questing you have the tank afk basically, but otherwise seems odd.
I would think leveling with a level 60 healer or shaman, that can also dps, would be ideal. Unless for some reason you want to keep those characters at 60 as well.
You might be indicating you want to level in PvP, I guess this really doesn't make much sense with the 5 level brackets now. Unless you also asking about group comps.

Healer + 4 DK is lead from healer for PVP. I was wandering if we do the same for PVE leveling or from the more traditional tank lead? Sorry if I wasn't clear.

you can use IWT and control the tank from the healers screen if you like, or you can use repeater regions ( if using ISBoxer not sure on other software) and heal while on the tanks screen. up to you, personally if your going to play from the healers screen in pvp then do the same in PVE to gain some practice on IWT.

I would lead from the healer.
Just to get used to it.
Doesn't really matter.
You'll be using IWT to get four toons (or three if you drive with a DK) to move to the mobs.
But 2x/3x Howling Blast will kill most things at range, anyway.
