Rolling a 4 team, What class.server suggestion?

I used to have 3 shammies a while back until blizz froze 2 of the accounts claiming 3rd party blah blah blah. I got pissed so left wow for a while. I am going to run a vanilla boxing team, need some suggestions on classes. I was thinking fire mages or shammies, but the shammies water quest is a big turnoff, so big I cringe at the thought of it.

All the class specific quests are gone. You do not need to do the long boring totem quests anymore, you don't even need totems anymore.
