at what level do you leave goblin / worgen starter zone?

If i'm right this is like the dk starting zone, i.e. a chain of quests you have to complete before you can leave the zone. Provided no heirlooms and no raf, what level would one be if he / she leaves the new race starting zone?

If I remember correctly from beta, it was 10-11 for worgen. I was able to que for pvp, but not dungeons yet. This was early in the beta so no guarantees ;)
