What do you think would be more fun and better for PvP only?

5 multibox shaman
4 multibox shaman and a friend healer?
(The problem with healer is when the healer isn't on, I'm stuck with 4 instead of 5 which sounds like a little less fun)

Although I have five accounts, for PvP I tend to like four. That extra spot is pretty critical in a BG. However, I would still recommend having five account so you can PvE solo.

I keep hearing everyone say that. About the 5th spot being so critical. What is wrong with having 5 sham? Since you can't do a raid premade anymore, the 5th spot could very well be another shaman in the first place. What am I missing about this?

Concentration of toons in one space mixed with only truly being able to focus on one task at a time. There's no magic rule, but if you keep hearing it from experienced multiboxers then there is probably a good reason :) I want to win the BG I'm in and I feel that having four doing concentrated tasks can be of great value and five offers very marginal increase in multiboxing power that could have been used elsewhere.

Note, if it was a 100 person BG (or even 40 like pre Cata AV) five works fine. It's those 15 mans where four seems to be much less concentration of toons when compared to five.

I see what you mean. Good point. It's not so much about the damage increase, but that the slot could be filled with a potentially skilled solo player who would contribute more to get the team to win. I gotcha.

I'm thinking about just doing 4 shaman and my girlfriend play paladin and level w/ me and heal. Then I'll have a 5 group for something fun, maybe 5 boomkin? And my 3rd group is going to be a PvE leveling/farming/professions combo.

I'm sure this is going to change 100 times before the end of the day, but that's my general plan right now haha.
