Need help with something that sounds like a simple fix

Lately I started to do dungeons and most time they go off without a hitch....healer pally works nice, specially with healerbot. One problem i have is that my mouse broadcasting randomly turns on and screws up at the wrrooonnggggg time i need it to and so i have to go double click the broadcasting to turn it all on then off and it goes back to all working. There a way to fix that?

Also for healerbot, at times when im duoed with my 2 guys...their group healbot window is different...Will be tanks name on top and healers on bottom for the healer, but for the tank the healer is on top and the tank ios on the bottom so its ones of those have to try to remember its backwards but sometimes i forget. Thanks

You'll want to set an alphabetical sort.
Google this site +Healbot +Alphabetical, for how to do that.
That way, the top frame is the same toon on every screen, etc.

Not sure with the mouse thing.
Unless you enable it in one window.
Then switch to another window, without disabling it in the first.

Ordering it alphabetically is a lot of job, isn't there any alternative way?

Well, if you want to use a Repeater Region to heal.
Then each box needs to refer to the same toon (from top to bottom) on every screen.

There's no point in clicking the frame that needs a heal (on the current screen), but the 3rd box down on the healer is a different toon who doesn't need heals.

Each of the options (Vuhdo, Healbot, GridCustomLayouts) has an option, which once you set is good forever and won't need to be reconfigured. Then you're set.
