i've been a multiboxer for about 2 months now. i'm grinding a pve team up with help of my 70 rogue, and i've also tooled around instances that i was eligable for during that grind, so i'm not a stranger to anything.

my question is actually geared more toward the pvp aspect of multiboxing. i am currently running 4 accounts on 1 computer. my computer can definately handle it, and i have no technical problems at all.

my question is this: how much of a lag difference is there between 4 accounts on 1 pc and, say, 4 accounts split between 2 pc's?

to be more specific, how much more quickly do all the accounts react to the keystroke being on 2 seperate processors?

if i need to be more clear in what i'm asking, let me know. i'm kind of tired :P

I've tried all three and, IMNTBHO, it's a wash. There are only two cases where you'll see enough lag to be occasionally notable:

1. multi-PC setups using a software keystroke broadcaster, or
2. multi-accounts on one PC where the PC is struggling to run all 3+ accounts.

Multibox setups with hardware keyboard replicators have the best response times and least overall lag/sync issues, IMO.
