Perpetuum?

Hello all! Long time boxer here and was just checking in to see if Perpetuum will work with any of the boxing software. For those of you that dont know the game it is basically a rip off of eve expect you have robots instead of ships.

I am interested in ftrying a dual box in hopes of 5boxing later.

I will attempt this tonight and post the results, it looks like a pretty decent game to get into early, before everyone has a billion skillpoints and u cant hope to ever catch them, much like new players coming into EvE now.

I had a quick bash with their four day trial account and stopped playing after a few hours. It is basically EVE with robots and while the robots are pretty cool I just can't be bothered to grind everything out one more time.

It has the same flaws as EVE is the basic problem - tuorial is good but as soon as it's over it goes straight to grinding. Mining is mind numbing adn the started bots have such terrible slow lock times that PVE is annoying.

The playerboase seems to be a clone of EVE too, i had a look on the forums and it's entirely pointlessly filled with guys saying things like 'L2P'. If I want to read crap like that I'll go straight to the EVE forums thanks.

If you haven't played EVE I'd say give it a go.

Oh come on Robin, come have fun with us :) this is a brand new sandbox with very few spoiled brats in it right now...come join up and kick some ass.

But I agree with everything you said..it is eve cept in robot form....u grind rep and kill yourself mining and farming npc's for loot and rep...Its eve, except this is Eve when it first started, nobody rolling around with 100+ million skillpoints yet, or titans threating entire starsystems....the PVP so far has been 20 vs 17 to take down an outpost..which was a blast between the 2 pvp most active clans on the server so far.

Its not for everyone, but I've thrown some coin into 2 accounts and plan on just letting them sit there and bake up EP's well I do other things.

4 day trial for 2 bucks isnt a bad deal at all, and you might have a blast..just bear in mind its a work in progress.

i was unable to get isboxer to work in loading 2 clients of this game....it looked like it was working but all i got was black screens and froze my pc...so i dunno....im sad cause im mega addicted and want the features isboxer offers like mouse broadcasting..but currently thats not an option.

nope havent tried that, does it support mouse broadcasting ? cause there really arent any keys to press yet in game, like no 1-9 keybindings setup, unless thats an option inside the configuration screens, havent went that deep..still pissed ISboxer wont work properly...cause its hella fast at screen swapping.
